General: Clicking on ../tag/ link leads to 404 error.

    Using 3.14159265 and WP2.1
    I installed this last night and I was able to create tags and see them. At the bottom of the post I have the tags which have a hyperlink as follows:

    http://www.myitanalyst.com/tag/test/

    When I click on this tag I would have expected to see the any posts with the test tag.

    Is there a step that I am missing to make that page load up?

    And to be honest I have looked at soooo many different things while trying to learn more about Wp that I don't even know if it worked at any point. I don't recall every clicking on it before. Again... just been testing.

    I have the same problem. I’ve looked through the forum a bit with the similar topics, but didn’t find a solution yet.

    I run the latest version (just downloaded) and I run it under K2, which supposed to have built-in support for UTW.

    Same here--everything used to work at http://jurgenfauth.com, but I just realized the /tag pages all lead to 404. I'm on WP 2.1, and I just upgraded to the latest version of UTW.

    I think I found the answer here: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/99764

    Just go to your Options > Permalinks page and hit Update Permalink Structure, without making any changes. Seems like that fixed it for me.

    I would suggest stickying this post (or at least muckster's advice). There seems to be a lot of trouble getting permalinks working...

    I know that it could have saved me an hour of frustration this afternoon. :)
