I hope Christine, the creator of the Ultimate Tag Warrior, takes this as a suggestion or even a starting point to implement this feature and solve the two problems reviewed. Specially now that she’s at the point of restructuring the plug in. [...]

Hi Christine, today I wrote a blog post about some problems I encountered with your plugin. Would you be kind to read the post about it?

Cheers

WordPress 2.2-SVN already has an importer for UTW tags. After upgrading your blog and disabling the UTW plugin, go to Manage -> Import -> Ultimate Tag Warrior.

Then use the_tags() to show the tags in your template.

WordPress 2.2-SVN comes with an UTW tags importer, btw. Go to Manage > Import after upgrading (and deactivating UTW), and add the_tags() to your template to output the tags.

[...] I have read that tagging functionality is being brought into the core of Wordpress, and UTW might evolve into a way of expressing that data. Christine Davis has worked hard with UTW, and I was actually glad I could give some recognition for all the hard work she has done in providing tagging support to Wordpress in such a comprehensive manner.
I love UTW, but unfortunately I also like the BBPress forum, and apparently the two collide. It is the is_tag function I've heard some say. It would be great if there was a way to work around, so I and many others could use both UTW and BBPress.
